The first step to success with food and lifestyle changes is education. A slow, steady process of making changes has shown to be highly effective. Knowledge IS power. It’s important to know why the changes are important or necessary. For example, if you have a chronic condition then understanding the role food plays in your issue is key. Sometimes a chronic condition, already exists (diabetes, autoimmunity, cancer) and people are in reaction mode. No matter where you are in your state of health, the steps are going to be the same.
